At the Houses of Parliament Shop, we want you to be delighted with your purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original, unused condition and securely packaged with all original tags and labels attached.

  Complete the Return Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original delivery, specifying whether you would like a refund or a replacement for each item.

• 3.
  Post Your Return

  Affix the provided returns label to your parcel and send it via your local post office, ensuring you obtain a proof of postage receipt.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 working days.
